Tee Box Renovations We have a proposal for the tee box renovations in place, we just need to adjust the costs and numbers accordingly when we start the work. Proposed Timing 2009-2012 $350,000.00

Bunkers Repairs as required to bunkers will be taken care of through maintenance. Other work such as proper drainage require’s capital funding. Proposed Timing 2010-2012 $75,000.00

Ponds All ponds require major rework. This includes, cleaning, deepening, and rip rapping or placing ties along banks to maintain banks. #17 pond is first in line for renovation to help with the drainage on #10 approach and bush. Proposed Timing 2012-2017 $750,000.00

# 17 Fairway Left side of hole from trees to green requires major repair and drainage. We will then be able to pump 17 fairway holding catch basin either to pond or to the drainage piping. Proposed Timing 2012 $150,000.00
